Cost: $339 (Applicants) Sydney Wine Academy The Sydney Wine Academy is offering a part time evening course on Australian and International wines. The course (entitled wine and beverage skills) is delivered in 9 week units so you can choose the amount of study you wish to undertake, wither 1 or 2 nights per week from 6:00-9:00pm. Australian wine regions and industry knowledge are key components of this course. Other units/topics include: food and wine matching, wine production and viticulture, improving your palate and how to identify a high quality wine. The course is ideal for keen amateurs or budding professionals and has been running successfully for over 10 years.
