The Sommeliers Australia Symposia have been established to provide a genuine forum for discussion of specific issues affecting sommeliers, wine producers, wine distributors and restaurateurs by the people who help shape them.
Sommeliers Australia are holding a single-day Symposium each in Melbourne and Sydney encompassing a series of discussions and debates on three main topics in August 2012.
Sommeliers Australia President and Master of Ceremonies, Ben Edwards, will preside over each of the panels discussing each topic.

Attendees to the Symposia will have the opportunity to ask questions of, and enter into discussion with, the presenters.
Each Symposium will conclude with an opportunity for attendees and presenters to mingle and continue to discuss the topics of the day.
