The Wine Station's Annual Tasting

OCT

2012

VIC

Trade Event
When: Tuesday, October 09, 2012, 11am-7.30pm
Where: BMW Edge, FedSquare
This is our first trade tasting so we thought it only right to open every wine in the portfolio (that's over 70 wines).

We specialise in high quality, personally sourced wines from family run estates in France, Spain & Victoria. Each of these producer's wines have been hand selected because they are interesting, distinctive and well-made. Volumes are small, hand-made, hand-picked and where oak is used, it is handled judiciously.

Of particular interest are the Spanish wines; we have purposely selected blends rather than straight varietals as we believe they provide a far more rewarding journey. Our latest Spanish is a high quality family-owned sherry producer from El Puerto de Santa Maria – Gutierrez-Colosia.

Our Frenchies range from Lacourte Godbillon - the only NV 1er Cru Champagne to receive 3 stars in the Guide Hachette, everyday drinking Chablis, a great little Entre Deux Mers red, biodynamic rosé & a mesmerizing Ambré from the Roussillon plus many more!

And our Victorians include the most sublime terroir-driven pinot from Ballarat's Nintingbool, new bubbles from Point Leo Road (& a lagrein), life-changing Mt Monument riesling & pinots, new delights from Sedona Estate & our latest local, recipient of the Environmental Sustainability award, Rutherglen's Valhalla Wines.

There are lots of new arrivals & new vintages. We look forward to seeing you there!!
