Spirits Ambassador & Account Manager


Moët Hennessy Australia is a recognised industry leader in the distribution of champagnes, premium-branded still and sparkling wines and deluxe spirits, and is part of the broader Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) Group.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager and working closely with the Senior Brand Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the brand visibility, sales performance and trade activation of Belvedere Vodka, Hennessy, Glenmorangie, Ardbeg and 10 Cane Rum. You will be the driver for all Victorian brand building activities with key accounts working consultatively with the Spirits Brand Manager and Activation Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Execute a defined training program and conducting Spirit staff trainings at a local level to enhance the brands in the trade.
* Display a superior knowledge of all Spirits categories and drive brand loyalty within core local bartender networks
Be recognised as the Spirits authority by customers and industry opinion leaders
* Direct sales responsibility for core On Trade bar and night trade accounts
* Protect, grow and develop key customers and new business
* Achieve maximum facings and display of core Spirits brands in all outlets
* Work with local sales team to increase Spirit brand exposure in all accounts
* Ensure all promotional activity is executed effectively and agreed number of Trade Marketing brand promotions are achieved per month
The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience as a bartender in a high end trade environment and display an excellent understanding of the liquor industry. A deep interest and knowledge of cocktails and spirits is essential combined with previous brand ambassadorial or spirit sales experience. You will be highly motivated, able to work under pressure and display good commercial and networking skills. Please note that the role involves regular evening and weekend work.
